    Work skill. 30 kb snatches each arm. Level 2. That was way harder than I thought.
    CWod. 14:50. Mod 65# and only did 20 snatches, kb swings, and dead lifts.

    CWOD 12:05. MODS: C&J instead of snatches, 8# WB, 35# sumos, crossover deadlift kb instead of lb swings.
