1 Box Jump (24/20″)*

5 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

 

*Each successful minute add 1 Box Jump

    Thanks to Chad V., I had to do a 30″ box!
    Made it through minute 16, and then got all 17 box jumps.

    …I have a long way to go and I will get there
