Did a run through of Fittest in OK 2014 WOD 3 with Becky, Jaime, and Such (filling in for Christian):
I was impressed with the ladies! Awesome work!
Ladies got all the way through 6’s, and some DL’s of 7.Rx
Guys got through 10’s, and 4 DL’s of 11. Rx DL’s and dips, Such with target on pistols and still working MU.
