  3. changing wod’s is what happens when you get a bunch of “muscle heads” in the gym at the same time. You handled it very well Coach Jimmy!

    I kept the weight and lowered the rep count! (PS thank you Coach Becky)

    and ran a 300 for 2 of the 4 rds. (thanks Rhonda for that one! )

    Round 1 I did 5 MU, the rest I did 3 double dips
    Round 3 I ran a 300 cause rowers were full
    We all know who’s the real boss at MP now! 😉
