    almost RX. Got through 3 OHS RX, then dropped to 95# to finish them out.

    Note: I did the PU, I heard an ape in my head tell me I could do it, so I did.
    First time to do RX PU in a workout! Ahh progress.

      Don’t stress about your form. You’re making GREAT improvements! You were below depth on every single squat and your heels were staying down. We’ll keep working shoulder flexibility but you’re doing a great job!

    We were Rx except he did 35lb on kbs, due to this being his first CF WOD.

    We were all SMOKED! Great WOD Becky!

    16:58rx (kinda rx plus bc I built a 93# bar instead of 90. Wasn’t overachieving, just didn’t want to use the guy bar). Good WOD!!

  8. 22:02 Rx! Mixture of ring and bar muscle ups. Last time it took 25 something with jumping MU.
