    I’m going to be taking it easy the next couple of weeks to try and let my left elbow/tricep heal. Not sure exactly what is wrong, but something is not right. As of day 87, the burpee challenge is on hold. I hopefully will be able to resume in a couple of weeks.

    26:32–actually “repeated” the run one too many times…so time called with extra run 27:32. Banded bar muscle ups–blue band whatever that is.
