    I don’t know their abbreviations. What’s RM? Snatch. OHWL? shoulder touches?

    If it rains that Saturday, I’ll participate in the Spear. If it’s clear, I’ll be working on the Habitat for Humanity build. 🙂

    39:49 115lbs FS–interestingly 4 reps short of round 8 at 32 minutes but negative split the last 2 rounds for a just barely finish. Last time finished the run and 6 PLU by 32 minutes.
