5 Muscle-ups, Bar or Rings
10 Grasshoppers
15 Slammers (12/8)
Post total number of rounds and extra reps for each AMRAP and calories from team row to comments
4+5 MU–banded pink
175 calories–Chad, Vicky and Becky
4+6 clean–rolling pistols
4 rds + 14 reps on power clean, pistol, speed skip AMRAP
153 cal row with Tracey, Brian, Alan and Patrice
3 rds on the MU, grasshoppers, slammers AMRAP
