5 Handstand Push-ups

10 Chest-2-Bar Pull-ups

15 Box Jumps (24/20″)


Rest 5 minutes


Now partner up, and perform max rep Burpees in 8 minutes

  2. Ok….I am not sure how many rounds I got, I think 7. I am not sure if my inability to keep my rounds straight was from the hangover from the NyQuil or the change from 5 rds to 6 rds to AMRAP during the work out….Thanks for keeping us on our toes Coach Jimmy! 🙂

  10. 8 full rounds on plu 6 hands rippedd and bled! Chickened out and just finished box jumps and HSPU of round 9 .Looking back I wish I would have done the last plu one at a time and had full 8 rds.

    Partnered with Jimmy & joined noon class for burpees. 141 burpees.
