    18# KB thrusters (up from 10# dumbbell thrusters last time).
    25# SDHP
    8# WBS
    12# ball clean

    (2010 time was 46.31 for all the rounds. I probably could have finished in the same time.)

    My legs were sore before this WOD…now I don’t think I will be able to walk

  4. Got half way through fourth round.
    Ran 400m, used mostly lighter wieghts. Did a ‘cleanse’ this weekend. Goal for today was to survive.

    Didn’t finish.
    Finished all of round 9 except the WB and only ran 200
    modifications:
    8# WB both
    15# KB thrusters
    25#SDLHP
