Then with a partner, row as many meters as possible in 12 minutes

 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

4 Strict Pull-ups

60 Speed Skips

8 Kettle-bell Push-ups

    I was sorry I missed this one.. it looks fun. Only had a few mins so I did part III with pistols instead of speed skips since I need to work those. I was able to do pistols Rx and got 9 rounds
