MP CrossFit coaches smiling after the Battle Over Red Lands was over!

Battle Over Red Lands WOD 1:

Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

Bar Push-up to Clean

Snatch

 

Rep scheme:

1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 4-4…

Weights:

Rx: (135/83)

Scaled: (115/73)

Masters 40-49: (115/73)

Masters 50+: (95/63)

 

Instructions:

Start standing, on “Go”, lower to bar touching chest to bar. Jump up to bar, and perform a clean. Return bar to ground, and perform a snatch. Next, do one PU to clean, one PU to clean, snatch, snatch. Next, one PU to clean, one PU to clean, one PU to clean, snatch, snatch, snatch. Continue this until the 10 minutes are up.

PU & Clean = 1 rep

Snatch = 1 rep

PU alone = no rep
