-Test narrow squat

-Pick a few Ankle Mobility WOD’s and perform for 10 minutes

    Anchored – revised sit-up standard

    The sit-ups make a difference. Caught only one time during my set of 40 DU’s and still 22 seconds behind my PR of 6:13 (unachored)…Grrrrrr!!

    PR on new SU standard, but it was only 39 seconds slower than old PR! I caught ZERO times on DU’s!!
