    I wasn’t able to make it to a class time today, BUT I did the WOD on the fitness floor at St. John (got a few strange looks as I ran back and forth to the back ext. and hopping up and over the tall step I built 😉 I got it in tho. Miss you guys!

    Tried to do the jump rope bonus unbroken. Got all the way, but caught on the transition from speedskips to last set of DU’s.
