Part 1 – 16:48 MOD – Pink Band for PLU
Total time – 23 ish..Don’t remember…jumprope malfunction in the first 20 DU’s of part 2.
32:10 with 3 minute rest. Big boy band, sit ups, and singles
15:00 give or take 1 or 2 minutes (I’m not sure how many rounds i completed) 2:27 for bonus round
Main WOD = 18:23 (mod GHD for T2B)
Bonus WOD = 3:47 Rx
Total time = 25:50
