    Originally I did 60 du & 120 singles but then while running my 800 Jimmy informed me that my time would not stop until I came back inside and did the remaining 40 du as prescribed. I didn’t want to do it but now I’m glad I did. This makes my 2nd time to do DU prescribed in a wod. Slowly but surely getting them.

    Didn’t beat last years time, not sure why. Felt pretty good, was trying a new rope and caught a few time. Maybe it was after effects of that virus that was trying to get me down and failed! But still a great WOD!
