Bike/Run: 5 x bike 800m, rest 2 min, run 200m, rest 2 min

    Runs: 33.07, 35.71, 36.34, 38.98, 40.14
    Rows: 35.95, 36.08, 35.82, 36.02, 36.17

    Did WOD inside main HZ facility. We had lots of people watching and thinking we were crazy! I love CrossFit! 🙂

    We should start doing some wods inside the main gym to provide entertainment for the other members.
