Everyone is welcome to join the Tough Mudder team as they train at the 21st and Riverside skate park at 0700, Saturday morning. Running and climbing will be involved. Class will be at regular time and place.

Main WOD:

Three rounds for time:

21 Front Squats (95/65)

15 Glute-Ham Sit-ups

90 Speed Skips

Run 200m

Choose a sport:

Run: 2 x 1 mile, rest time is equal to half run time

Row: 2 x 2000m, rest time is equal to half row time

Bike: 2 x 3 miles, rest time is equal to half bike time

Swim: 2 x 400m/yd, rest time is equal to half swim time

    Only having an hour break between the two WOD’s was interesting, to say the least.

    Now it is time to get coaching from Becky on how to properly layout on a raft for time! 🙂

    8:26 first mile (PR for these short legs)
    7 or 8 rounds…messed up my counting
    9:46 second mile

    Gym WOD:
    15:54 Rx

    Skate park was a blast! Shout out to Jimmy, Robert & Danny for all the assists on the giant wall!

    45# front squats
    30 army rower sit ups for GHD
    I met my goal of doing al of the exercises unbroken. I figure if I have to modify the weight then I need set new goals to motivate me.

    Great job to the skate park crew. Sounded like fun stuff!

    7:05 for first mile ( dunno how many rds lol) I didn’t do the big walls for fear of reinjuring shoulder fgggffffkff then 8:21 for second mile
