    Spent the morning at CF Primus in Owasso. WOD was “Hope”

    1 min of each:
    burpees
    55# snatch
    20″ box jumps
    55# thrusters
    C2B PLU
    Rest 1 minute then repeat
    3 rounds

    Mod: 45# snatch & thrusters
    Scored 154

    I didn’t do the RX+ version with “Manmaker/AnnieMaker” burpees. Congrats to Jaime and Robert for conquering those. They looked really hard!
