    Partners with Lisette. We were doing pretty good until the overhead squats. They were never-ending! There were only 50, right? Ha! Made me want to cry 😉 We all love them so much !

    Partnered with Rusty. All was Rx except Rusty had to do power snatches instead of OHS due to overly tight hips not allowing him to get all the way down. My sprained ankle REALLY hurts now!

    Everyone did a great job today! Way to push through the suck!
