Row: 8 x 250m, rest 1 min

Bike: 8 x 1/2 mile, rest 1 min

Swim: 8 x 50m/yd, rest 1 min

  1. ran some sprints at the park. I think they were closer to 100m than 200m. Counted 60 sec for rest. Really low tech, just how I like it. For some reason I thought about the “toilet in a box” that functioned for a bathroom in the workout dungeon of doom. I’m glad we don’t have to rely on Jimmy’s toilet cleaning skills anymore!
