    34 second PR!

    I have not done a 5k row in about 2 years. And today reminded me why…it sucks!
    Not just physically, but mentally. Sitting in the exact same spot, pulling at a hard pace, for 18+ minutes is not fun! But hey, CF is about the GPP, General Physical Preparedness. That, and only that is why I did it! 🙂

  2. Worked on snatch with light weight 95 pounds–focus on form.

  3. did the CFE running. Felt conspicuous running past all the treadmills!!
