  4. Ok…I'm resting a sore shoulder to make sure I can do games WODs starting next week. Did the bike CFE as my ankle is also sore from lots of double unders. I am really sad that I couldn't do this one :(.
    CFE times were 11:15 and 11:12 respectively. I think I paced too much having never raced on a bike.
