my first RX HSPU wod ever!
45:35 with 20" box for HSPU on toes and 1" banded dips. Took 6 minutes do do the last 9 pushups.
21:48 MOD
Toes up on the boxing dummy
1/2 band ring dip
3:14 improvement over last time
Still really tough!!
