    my first RX HSPU wod ever!

  2. 45:35 with 20" box for HSPU on toes and 1" banded dips. Took 6 minutes do do the last 9 pushups.

    20" box for HSPU (1st round I did 15 unbroken; that's definitely a PR for me)
