    This week, Tuesday am will have a 0500-0600 class only. There will be a pm class at 1730, meeting at the south end of LaFortune golf course parking lot.

  4. The Dynamic Trio (Susan, Lisette, and myself) did the following workout in the PIT area at the zone.

    AMRAP in 15 minutes
    90 single/speed skips
    20 Lunges
    10 Deadlifts (100 lbs)

    5 rounds + 96 reps

    Yes…we felt as though we were in the way for 15 minutes!! but we didn't care!! We did it anyways 🙂
