Partner Deadlifting

60 reps

With a partner, pick a weight that is a 3-5 rep max for each of you, then alternate lifting. Each partner must complete 30 reps, but no more than 5 per turn.

    11:59 with Jim at 325, this includes the bonus.
    325 is 76% of my 1-rep max.

    I was able to maintain 5 each turn; thus doing 30 burpees at the end. I think I made Jim work hard! 😉 Strong work Jim!
