    Great job to all of Team 2 at 0630…especially Don and Susan for sticking it out to the end!

    I started RX, but quickly realized I wasn't going to make it. I ran 2 of the 3 Jokers as 800m, and the last one as a 400m. Most of my squats and situps were x1.

    This is one WOD I don't care to ever see again…

    You did great, Chad.
    I did run 800 m the first time but modified the rest. I left at 7:30, partly from the shoulder starting to hurt again and mostly from exhaustion. Thanks Team 1 for your encouragement. It was fun while it lasted (ha)

    * I only did a 400 m run and didn't double the sqts cuz my post-crippler syndrome is still in full force ;p

    I, too, opted for the shortened 400 run, but I did double the squats…slowly!
