Complete as many rounds as possible in 21 minutes of:

15 Pull-ups

15 Push-ups

15 Sit-ups(unanchored)

9 Shuttle Runs – 25m*

Post total rounds and extra reps completed to comments

*Shuttle run is a “down and back” sprint. Run 25m, touch a line,grab an object, etc. and then run back to start point; this equals 1 rep.

    I either completed 3 or 4 rounds
    + 15 PLU, 15 PU + 3 SU.

    I remember Jimmy saying "starting round 4" but I don't remember if that was the incomplete round or if I got to round 5. Help!! I think these WODS are getting to me!!

    modified to:
    15 squats
    15 one armed knee pu's
    15 su, unanchored
    9 sprints the length of driveway and back

    Total: 4rds—one sprint from having 5rds
    I am out of shape….let me repeat: I am out of shape. Please help 🙂

    3 rounds plus all 15er's and almost thru my 6th or 8th shuttle…1 inch band PLU rd 1, 2 inch on the rest, knee pu.
