What a WOD. As hard as it was, it was just what I needed after all I ate on Mother's Day. My time: 42:26. The only modification was an 8 lb. ball.

So, who needs Jaws when we have box jumps? Me and the shark bite, with Jimmy's pink bandage, high tailed it to get a tetnus shot and bandaids the size of the Western Hemisphere. Safe to get back in the water and back tomorrow. I MODified after the attack: rowing for run; ABMAT BF SU for Box Jumps; Squats for Wall Balls. See, my arm on rest. Ah, another day at camp. Great job everyone!
