Bike: 2 x 5 miles, rest 5 minutes

Swim: 2 x 500m, rest 5 minutes

    10:28 PR by 1+ minutes

    Last Annie time at 3:1 was 8:34. DU's are getting better and watch out is right Stacy!Next Annie will be DU and I may need a sleeping bag and overnight kit, but I will finish RX. Awesome today at MP with everyone and have a wonderful weekend!

  5. 7:31. 36 seconds slower than PR, but breaking in a new rope. Congrats to Rhonda for breaking out the double unders today and doing Annie RX'd!

    Had a great WOD! Learning my timing with the Again Faster rope. The speed is WAY different, but I like it!
