    The row was exhausting!

    CFE:
    10K run-53:21, 8:35 avg pace
    That was tough maintaining that pace for such a short distance, but I did it. I set the beeps on my Garmin to alert me when I was too fast; and can I say, I hate the beep! However, my goal was 8:45 pace. Could not do it! 🙂

  2. 10K run-51:22. The difference between my run and Jimmy's is that he was trying to run slow, and I was trying to run fast:) Not much difference in his "slow" run and my "fast" run. PR by 3:25.
