Our prayers go out to those who lost family and friends in the 9/11 attacks and in the resulting war. We also continue to pray for Soldiers in harm’s way. Please take a moment of silence today to remember the fallen.
May God continue to bless the U.S.A!

Max rep pull-ups are defined as unbroken and non-stop. If you stop pulling, you go run, that round is over.

  1. This WOD can be done at the Health Zone. If you do not know the 400m distance on the track, use the treadmill, 0.25 mile per round. If you are unable to do PLU's, modify with either PU's or SU's.

  2. I ran a 10K at LaForture – I RAN it. The whole way. Susan was test driving her Nike Magic Carpets in full 10 K glory. Time was 1:29:10 with two run by pit stops. Longer than Riverside last weekend and I walked one mile then. But I did my first full 10K!! Hip Hip Hurray!!! Have great weekend everyone!

  4. In Fairfeild Bay, AR, Chris and I did:

    Olivia carry 100m then

    50-40-30-20-10 double unders
    25-20-15-10-5 GHD situps

    then another Olivia carry for 100 m

    Olivia=112 lbs and you may carry her any way you wish but if you set her down(or drop her) there is a 10 burpee penalty. She says she can be rented if anyone wants to try this workout and can find a glute ham developer.

    Robert: 12:27 Rx no burpees
    Chris: 15:30 Rx no burpees

  5. A walk/run 10k around LaFortune. Time unknown. Operator error with my watch! Michel was jamming to some iTunes and running past me.
