  1. Last time I did this one was in January!! I got 184 then and 251 today. Cool pr by 67 reps. I was thinking that I didn't do that great today.I do think that I paced mysef too much because each round was about the same.

    161/8 lb ball/17" box. Awesome PR, Jamie…that's great! I did just the opposite today. Last time I did 208 with same modifications. 🙁

  3. 166 with 17" box. Two box jump spills in first round – Robert, it was a sequel with minor damage. Told someone who asked me what happened "Fight Gone Bad". Priceless…For everything else there's Mastercard.

    Decrease since the Jan WOD but I did increase the PP, SDHP,and WBS to Rx. I guess it works.
    The transition from SDHP to box jumps was hard for my legs. I aborted the jump at 20" and 17". My legs were like rubber.

    My new running shoes arrived. Tomorrow I'm going to do a 10K around LaFortune.

  14. Well today was a GREAT day of PR's!

    I too set a new PR, 350 RX! However, like Robert, mine was a "skimpy" 15 pt increase. But hey, it is an increase!!!!
