    150 Singles – 3:1 for DU

    May 19 was 24:36 with 1 1/2" band. Unbroken first round PLU, and all SU – first time. Broke up last round PLU 15 – 8 – 2. Burpees best continuity yet. Great WOD and PRs today!

    Warm-up: 300m run & 20 KBS (35# for the 1st time)
    WOD: 400m Farmer's Walks (35#)
    400m Waiter's Walks (20#) 200m each arm
    x2 rounds

    My forearms are screaming! Oh, and I tried this contraption called TRX…pretty cool!

    21:50 1"band/singles…..this was about 5 minutes faster than last time but I had to go up in band size. I was exhausted from being on call!
