Deadlift (135/95)

For time

Team of two, one bar. Bar cannot touch ground until all reps are completed. Each partner completes their reps before handing bar to partner. Rest bar on thighs if needed.

    4th day in the zone. Today was zonish because my lunch plans changed. I think I am going to settle into this plan and it will work. Please keep the zone comments coming, it helps.
