In CrossFit, we generally “take the path less traveled”. I will do all I can to blaze a path. My machete is out and ready. You ready?!

    On this day before Thanksgiving, let me say I am thankful for many things and Crossfit is one of them. I have wonderful leader, Erin, and awesome class members at 6:30 and the 5:30 folks are wonderful encouragers. My prayer is that everyone has blessed Thanksgiving and is ready to work hard next week. (The sales are calling me so I won't be there on Friday.)
