Don't mean to be a pessimist, but just wondering how those of us who can't do RX PU will make this work. Any ideas out there?
I plan to run 4 miles today and then run 3 miles Tuesday.
7 rounds, 106 pushups – my hands were still sore from the pullup marathons last week. Good workout with pushups.
Decided to do an main site previous post today that caught my eye:
Run 1 mile (I did a little under 7 minutes) then with a continuously running clock do 2 minutes each of:
Row–34 calories
30 pound dumbell thrusters: 19
20 pound ball cleans: 23
Double unders: 69
Pull ups: 25
Rhonda–you can do jumping pull ups–I also have a couple of bands my kids use and I could put them up front for you next time pullups posted.

3 upstairs laps/400
6rds, 127 Jumping PLUs, Upstairs
I did jumping PLUs on the Weight Bar Machine in the free weight area. You get more reps than regular PLUs but still a good Nicole workout.
