    Clint I don’t need more weight…I was happy to see 135 on the board….it didn’t kill my back. I need a WOD that doesn’t kill me every now and again.

    Great job everyone. I was forced to do an “Army PT” day….WAY TOO EASY!!! I had to run non-stop for 2 miles at a 9 minute pace. TOO EASY! I wish I could have been there with ya. Keep knocking it out!
