    Took cadre through “Blackjack” with PU/SU. My time was 16:50 RX. They ranged from 17:56-23:45. Good job on the 5k Dylan.

    Jimmy, why do you always post 5K when the winds are roaring? I was dissapointed….wanted to be in the 24’s. Quads were killing me from yesterday. No PR for me today 🙁

    Spent 48 hrs @ SF…a marathon of sorts with resulting sore body, but not much of a true work out! Not sure work will let up any time soon.
