    50# Dumbbell went well! Connected all 8 reps each time. That D-Ball tho!

    Part 2 168 (I modified 14#WB, 35#KB, 50# D-ball)

    The DB snatches were the hardest. 35# is the heaviest DB I have done so I am glad I got through those. KB swings felt great! I usually choose rhe 30# in WODs but I think I can safely move up to 35 even with higher reps.
