    Bike Test: 62 cal (55 Average RPM). Pleased with this! Last test was 52 Average RPM

    CWOD: 10:04 Rx. First WOD done fully Rx. Need to work on getting my feet higher at the start of rope climbs and really trying to complete it in 2 pulls. Pulling my feet under helps a lot–thanks coach! It helps save some of my arm strength. Also need to work on faster descent.
