    I have no idea how many wall balls I did.

    Did all 4 rounds @ 53#
    BUT I worked on toes to bar.
    My toes FINALLY made it to the bar.

    43# thrusters, still going light and easy on my shoulder
    Also worked on knee to chest progression, tried to incorporate kipping motion and getting knees above hip crease- did 4 at a time and felt pretty good/consistent!
