As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

1 Cluster* (135/93)

2 Bar muscle-ups (modify to 4 strict pull-ups and 4 strict ring dips)

*add 1 cluster per round

    6 rounds – rx weight mod mu – did the plu + dips

    Did first muscle up in a long time! Need to work some drill to get better at my form.

    7 rounds + 1 rep= 43
    Mods: 43 lb clusters
    Plu progression and band assisted ring dips

  3. 5 RDs + 1 PLU
    Mods: attempted C2B, purple banded dips
    Dips slow going but working on that strength!
    Putting 2021 goals together this week!
