For time

*The WOD is performed like the song is sung. Pistols are 1 each leg, each time.

  6. 51 minutes and some change. 115# barbell, 45# kb, rope climbs varied between 8 and 12 ft per round… Haven’t worked out since November, just glad I survived it!
