At-home WOD:
Perform 1 minute of work at each*:
Single arm dumbbell thrusters**
Single arm dumbbell hang snatches
Jumping lunges
Single arm dumbbell hang clean and jerk
Lateral hops over dumbbell
3 rounds for total reps
*1:00 rest between rounds
**For each single arm movement, athlete may choose to use either arm and alternate as they see fit
