    99, 61. The double unders were not clicking today. Did 20-22 in a row first two rounds and then lost it for the last several.

    Worked cleans up to 255#

    Part 2: 41 (2 rds + 3) mod the 2nd round 3 PLUw/ purple band everything else Rx

    Strength: worked up to 140# felt pretty good

    Knee up are strong and learning to stabilize my body better, 50 singles unbroken, prob could have done more except my shins were killing me
    Workout 2= 38 (modifications : Plu from box/floor /rack and rowed instead of bike due to limited number of bikes)

    Strength worked up to 63 lb cleans, getting stronger every day! ❤️
