    1:00 on, 1:00 off Max cal row, working on stroke rate at any rate, 28,25,27, and 30.
    29, 25, 23, 24, 24 = 125

    Skill WOD 2:
    30 sec. on, 1:00 off Max WB shots, working unbroken sets
    17, 16, 17 = 50

    CWOD:
    4:22 Rx
    That was toasty! Next time slow down pace on the 21 burpees just a touch to allow a better continued pace through the 15.
