Conditioning:

3 Rounds of:

7 Thrusters (93/63)

7 Bar-facing burpees

7 Pull-ups

 

Then run 400m, and complete 3 rounds of:

5 Thrusters (125/83)

5 Bar-facing burpees

5 Chest-to-bar pull-ups

 

Then run 600m, and complete 3 rounds of:

3 Thrusters (135/93)

3 Bar-facing burpees

3 Muscle-ups (ring or bar)

 

Then run 800m

 

For time

    Great WOD! Unbroken on first set of 3 MU’s. Broke up last two sets only bc I felt my grips slipping, and did not want to rip. Need to work more hip to bar drills for MU’s though.

    Was able to do MU in sets of 2/1, 1/2, and all 3 last round. Really happy with that!
    Also Was so wonderful having Christa sis back in the house! ❤️

    Touched two C2B then tried to get as close as possible.
    4 PLU/4 banded Ring dips for MU.
    So great to see everybody!

    I’m now officially on green/blue bands for pull-ups (Yay!) but added the red for chest to bar
    Scaled MU for plu/ring dips
