    5:39 mod on hs walk… had a lot on my mind coming in, used the cwod to get my mind right for the squat.
    PLU accessory work taught me I need to focus on connecting my pull-ups by pushing away from the bar.
    180# back squat
    5# under previous PR but still happy with it.
