    SWOD: 2 reps at 123 (failed 2nd rep of 133).
    CWOD: 24-ish min. Somehow clock got turned off LOl! šŸ˜‰ Lol. Goal was to do all PLU in sets of 5ā€™s. I did all but one set. HSPU slow and broken up, one ab mat.
